As the company’s visionary leader and owner, he continues to guide its growth with a focus on safety, excellence, and building lasting relationships.

After graduating from Lancaster High School, Jeff attended college before choosing a different path in the construction trades. He began his career as a drywall laborer and steadily advanced through key roles including assistant superintendent, superintendent, assistant project manager, project manager, and estimator. This hands-on experience across all levels of the business laid the foundation for his leadership and prepared him to successfully launch and lead his own company.

Over the course of his 27-year career, Jeff has built strong partnerships that have contributed to Post L’s success across a wide range of sectors, including K-12 and higher education, healthcare, aviation, municipal, retail, hospitality, and heavy highway (vertical) projects. Beyond his work in construction, Jeff is actively involved in his community as a leader, volunteer, and board member for several organizations. In 2022, he founded Building Pathways, Inc., a nonprofit dedicated to creating opportunities in the construction industry for individuals who may not have otherwise considered it as a career. Outside of work, Jeff is a devoted husband and an active father to his three sons. He and his wife reside in Fort Worth.
